As we have grown and evolved as a company Lynx has emerged as an invaluable resource in the everyday running of the business. IFCon has provided constant support in developing and shaping the software to the demands of a data driven modern retail business.

We chose Lynx to replace our previous Customer Relationship Management system in 2018. The features and flexibility of the system has enabled us to work far more efficiently and access more specific fields of data. IFCon are always on the end of an email to answer any queries and have helped tailor certain reports to our individual requirements. All departments use Lynx with ease. We are a better company as a result.

We have been using Lynx since 2021 to manage a small group of installation companies. It’s important to us that staff are able to access shared information remotely, and this has enabled us to make efficiencies in our operations and improve customer responsiveness as well as stay on top of business performance through the reporting. Compared to using spreadsheets, we save a LOT of time and we can rely on information being up to date 24 x 7.

Warmlite adopted Lynx nearly 10 years ago and it has been a great asset to our business.
