01. How can I access Lynx?

Lynx lives in the cloud and can be accessed from any device that has an internet connection and a browser. Access is available 24/7 with no restrictions on usage.

02. Is there a contract?

We believe in treating our customers fairly. There is no minimum contract and you're free to cancel at anytime. You can even download all of your data and take it with you.

03. In new user training required?

Full training is included for all users. Training usually takes around two working days and is broken up into manageable chunks over the first few weeks you're with us.

04. I'm using a different system, can I move my data?

In most cases we can move your historical data across from other platforms for you at no extra cost.
