Customers must notify IFCon when any personal data held by IFCon on their behalf is no longer required for the purposes for which it was obtained. Additionally, the Customer will be responsible for reasonable charges levied by IFCon for work performed in connection with any such claim.

- Providing access to the Lynx system
- Facilitating communication among users for business purposes
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that personal data is removed from the Lynx system when there is no longer a legitimate business interest or legal basis to retain it.
5. Use of Google Services
a. Calendar Synchronization
Users may opt to enable two-way synchronization between their Lynx calendar and a Google calendar. This feature allows users to integrate their Lynx calendar with other Google calendars or sync with other calendar programs.
b. Google Maps
Lynx uses Google Maps to determine the proximity of addresses to a specified postcode, assisting with locating previous installations within a geographic radius. Maps may also be used for navigation purposes within internal documentation. All map functionality is anonymous, and no personal data is recorded in connection with Google Maps usage.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. However, it is the Customer’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of user access credentials and ensure proper access control.
