Our History<\/h2>

IFcon was formed in 2005 as a specialist software and systems consultancy for the double glazing industry.\n

\nThe company provides development and support for major companies in the industry including the Whiteline Group, Teamframes, Saint Gobain, Clayton Glass and Conservatory outlet. IFcon combines technical expertise with broad industry knowledge to create bespoke systems that integrate directly with manufacturing products such as Window Designer, Business Micros, Glass Office and Lisec GPS Order.<\/p><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We chose Lynx to replace our previous Customer Relationship Management system in 2018. The features and flexibility of the system has enabled us to work far more efficiently and access more specific fields of data. IFCon are always on the end of an email to answer any queries and have helped tailor certain reports to our individual requirements.\u00a0All departments use Lynx with ease. We have been using Lynx since 2021 to manage a small group of installation companies. It’s important to us that staff are able to access shared information remotely, and this has enabled us to make efficiencies in our operations and improve customer responsiveness as well as stay on top of business performance through the reporting.
